Boys Will Also Have To Trained

We consider girls to be weak but they are not always weak, they are doing everything men can do. A case of 2016 came under discussion due to a decision in January 2021 but there are many cases which do not get a voice, those on whom no one speaks and which are tolerated quietly. There are thousands-millions of cases in which girls grow up and forget about any incident that happened to them or they are conditioned so that they do not discuss it anywhere. It also has an effect that even if such an incident happens to another girl or woman, that woman advises that one should keep quiet.

The girl was 12 years old in the year 2016, now she must have been 17 years old, will be in the adult category next year but what is the guarantee that what happened to her at the age of 12 will not happen again. Make girls feel guilty if anything goes wrong, it is her fault. The taboos are on the female body. Guarantee, the girl only has to take that she will take care of herself and bless the world.

Means girls only have to handle, when will we teach boys that they too should care? Otherwise, we will not miss saying why the girl goes out.

Now the Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court has given the verdict on 19 January, "Forcibly touching a girl's chest is not sexual harassment. If in pressing chest, 'skin to skin touch' has not taken place, it is not a crime punishable under Section 7 of the POCSO Act and punishable under Section 8. " When this case reached the lower court, the court sentenced the accused under sections 354 (assault or use of criminal force with intent to commit modesty), 363 (punishment for kidnapping) and 342 (wrongful confinement) of the Indian Penal Code. Sentenced to one-year imprisonment and was also sentenced to three years of imprisonment under section 8 of the POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses, 2012).

But the man appealed against the decision to the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court, which was decided on 19 January 2021. Pushpa Gainediwala, the single judge of this bench, overturned the judgment of the lower court and waived the 3-year sentence given under the POCSO Act. The woman only forgave the punishment, while it is expected that women will get justice if women are appointed to the post of judges.

The National Campaign Against Torture (NCAT), an organization working for human rights, has said in its report that every day 96 children in India are sexually abused and tortured. Apart from Corona and terrorism, when such news reaches the world scene, it also becomes a reason that the US State Department makes a fresh statement, India comes in Level 4, which is the worst in terms of travel.

One such case came to light in the US that when the girl offered condom at the time of the rape and the lawyer argued that the girl too had a wish. We say if boys and girls are friends, then they should tell each other brother and sister so that the relationship will be safe. The Indore High Court gives the verdict that the woman he molested should be tied a Rakhi so that he will not molest it further. In the guise of a sacred relationship, Rakhi is tied to a criminal and says that there is no problem now.

When are we going to teach boys that, Whether the Rakhi is tied or not, it is wrong to molest any woman? When will we teach our boys?

In the Bhanwari Devi case, the lower court of Rajasthan makes a false statement that the upper caste man cannot even touch the lower caste woman, how will he rape? But rape happens. How terrible, toxic gang rape is.

Who will take the initiative? When we have no hope from our courts when women judges are not sensitive, then where will we go? If it is a man or a woman, is it not necessary to be a human being that he/she should be sensitive, and who is not sensitive, don’t you think they should be locked in a cage, Or put a board outside such a house- Beware of Men!
